The purpose of this corporation shall be to promote and develop every phase of the dairy goat industry, including but not limited to breeding programs, the proper public recognition of products related to dairy goats, aiding goat showing at fairs, and aiding 4-H programs relating to dairy goats.

American Dairy Goat Association ~
The American Dairy Goat Association collects, records and preserves the pedigrees of dairy goats. It provides genetic, management, and related services to dairy goat breeders. Shows and production testing give breeders and exhibitors opportunities to compete. These programs permit progress in breeding for type, quality and ability to produce.

ADGA Genetics and ADGA Type ~
These two services are endorsed by the American Dairy Goat Association but are managed  & paid for independently. These direct links provide a faster connection to the services.

ADGA Products Committee & Products Competitions ~
The ADGA Products Committee was formed to investigate ways to bring Dairy Goat Products to the attention of the buying public and encourage the use of these products.
Some of the major events that the committee helps to sponsor is the ADGA Cheese Competition and the ADGA Body Care Products Competition. Both of these events are held at the ADGA National Convention each year and bring entrants from throughout the United States.

Dairy Goat Journal ~
Information, ideas, and insights for everyone who raises, manages, or just loves goats. Each issue provides timely articles about raising, breeding, and marketing dairy goats, as well as health issues and recent news of interest to goat owners and the dairy goat industry.

Iowa Dairy Goat Association ~
A non-profit organization to promote and support public goat-related exhibitions, publish and distribute literature on the goat industry, publish a newsletter to provide communication and distribute information related to dairy goats, provide practical and scientific instruction in the breeding and care of dairy goats and their products, and aid in the marketing of quality dairy goat products.

United Caprine News ~
United Caprine News is a monthly, all-breed goat periodical and a source of information on the care, management and feeding of goats. It contains information on all aspects of goatkeeping, including health, feeding, breeding, housing, showing, milking and routine care. Also included is information on club activities, show updates, features on goat producers and caprine industry advertising that references supply dealers and breeders from all over the United States.

Wisconsin Dairy Goat Association ~
The Wisconsin Dairy Goat Association website is a comprehensive source of information for anyone interested in goatsófrom commercial dairies to hobby farmers to 4-H and FFA students. They provide a great link to a new Wisconsin publication of more than 160 pages on best management practices for dairy goat management. Check out their resources page for more information.

Manitoba Goat Association -
"Working together locally, provincially, nationally and internationally, the Manitoba Goat Association (MGA) strives to encourage, promote and develop long-term rewarding experiences with goats in Manitoba. The Manitoba Goat Association welcomes all persons interested in goats regardless of the reason for ownership. Even if you do not own a goat; a desire to learn about, promote and care for these adaptable, friendly, multipurpose animals, the Manitoba Goat Association can be a valuable resource for you."  Looks like an interesting website with information on events, fact sheets, featured farms, etc.
