| The purpose of this corporation shall be to promote and develop every phase of the
dairy goat industry, including but not limited to breeding programs, the proper public
recognition of products related to dairy goats, aiding goat showing at fairs, and
aiding 4-H programs relating to dairy goats. |

April 28th, 2013, from 11:00 to 4:00 - MDGA Spring General
Membership Meeting. At Four Seasons Farm, 18265 Apple Circle in
Jordan, MN. Hosts: Laura & Chris Keiser.
Laura and Chris
raise Saanen and Nubian dairy goats on 10 acres. In addition to the
business meeting and farm tour, they are going to try to involve
other members, hoping to have demonstrations of tasks/skills that
may be helpful when managing your goats: blood draws, injections,
tattoos, disbudding, etc. If there is interest, they may also do a
mock show for those unfamiliar with how to exhibit in an official
show ring. In addition, there will be a potluck lunch, so attendees
are asked to bring a dish to pass and a chair to sit in. |

Sunday will be one Senior Doe and two Junior Doe shows. Monday will be
one Senior Doe show. Judges are Tom Considine and Karen Smith.
Tentatively, these are Toggenburg and LaMancha District 4 Specialty
